КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНА МОДЕЛЬ ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОЇ ДОПОМОГИ ОСОБИСТОСТІ В УМОВАХ СУСПІЛЬНОЇ КРИЗИ

Статтю присвячено актуальній проблемі концептуалізації психологічної допомоги особистості в умовах суспільної кризи. Проаналізовано існуючі психотерапевтичні підходи до роботи з особистістю, що переживає екстремальні та кризові ситуації: психодинамічний, когнітивно-біхевіоральний, гуманістичний, екзистенційно-феноменологічний, мультимодальний. Запропоновано концептуальну модель системи психологічної допомоги особистості в умовах суспільної кризи, яка поєднує переваги різних підходів, передусім когнітивно-біхевіорального (для екстреної допомоги в актуальному стресовому стані) та психодинамічного (для пролонгованої допомоги в кризі).
