Анотація

Девіантною поведінкою є дії людини, які порушують офіційно встановлені в суспільстві або неофіційно визнані в певній соціальній групі моральні та правові норми. До основних видів девіантної поведінки відносять злочинність, наркоманійну залежність (алкоголізм, наркоманія та тютюнокуріння), самогубство та сексуальні збочення. Показник успадковуваності девіантної поведінки варіює від 30% у самогубства до 80% у тютюнокуріння. Таким чином, до розвитку розладів поведінки причетні також чинники середовищ, що дає можливість здійснювати успішне їх лікування та профілактику засобами психотерапії та виховання. Певних достовірних генів, мутації яких могли б спричинити злочинну поведінку, поки-що не виявлено. Виявлено понад 50 генів ризику розвитку алкоголізму. Одні з них контролюють утилізацію алкоголю в організмі, а інші – функції центральної нервової системи. Кожен із цих генів окремо чинить незначний вплив, але несприятлива їх сукупність може проявитися при наявності провокуючих чинників навколишнього середовища. Ідентифіковано принаймні до 1500 генів, мутації яких можуть спричинити схильність до наркоманії. Ці гени визначають функції рецепторів, транспортерів або метаболічних ферментів нейротрансмітерних систем. Найпоширенішим видом наркоманійної залежності є тютюнокуріння. Виявлено до півтора десятка генів, причетних до розвитку нікотинової залежності, які кодують ферменти метаболізму різних нейротрансмітерів та ферменти, які беруть участь у нейтралізації отруйних речовин.  Виявлено понад 20 генів, мутації яких порушують функціонування нейротрансмітерів серотоніну та норадреналіну, що може провокувати самогубство. Генів сексуальної орієнтації у людини поки-що не виявлено.
