Анотація

У статті надано аналіз психологічної природи професійної рефлексії вчителя та інструментів її розвитку в системі професійної підготовки. Розглянуто можливості курсу «Основи педагогічної майстерності» в розвитку рефлексивних процесів, що забезпечують суб’єктну спрямованість професіоналізації майбутнього вчителя, проаналізовано досвід його організації у Полтавському національному педагогічному університеті імені В. Г. Короленка.
